Our Statement of Faith

The Inspiration of Scripture:

We believe The Bible, the Old and New Testaments to be the verbally inspired Word of God, revealed to man, infallible, and the final authority on our faith and conduct.

The Trinity:

We believe in one true God, Creator of Heaven and Earth, Redeemer of mankind, revealed as a Trinity, one being existing in three persons of the Godhead, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

The Lord Jesus Christ:

We believe Jesus Christ to be the eternal Son of God, revealed in Scripture by His virgin birth, His sinless life, miracles and His death on the cross and bodily resurrection from the dead. We believe He is now seated at the right hand of Father God making intercession for us.

The Creation and Fall of Man:

We believe man was first created holy, upright, and good until he willfully chose to sin and subjected himself to physical and spiritual death which is being separated from God.

Salvation:

We believe man’s only hope for eternal life and redemption is through the blood that Jesus Christ shed on the cross. Man can only receive salvation through repentance through faith in God and in Jesus Christ.

Water Baptism:

We believe water baptism by immersion is a commandment of all those who repent and believe on Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. This is a representation of having died and been buried with Jesus Christ and being raised with Him in a new walk of life.

The Lord’s Supper:

We believe in receiving Holy Communion in remembrance of the Lord’s death, burial, and resurrection. It is commanded to all those who believe on Him to celebrate this until He comes.

The Mission of the Church:

We believe the church is the body of Christ on earth which He gave the divine mission to evangelize the world, preach the Gospel in every nation to every creature, and worship God. It is our mission to encourage each other and other believers to grow in the likeness and the image of Christ.

Divine Healing:

We believe in deliverance from sickness and disease is provided for all believers in the Atonement of Jesus Christ.

Rapture and Second Coming:

We believe in the future hope of all those who call themselves believers in Christ, and those who have died before to be reunited with Him in the air to forever live with the Lord.

End Time:

We believe Jesus Christ will return with His church to establish His Kingdom on earth and reign for 1,000 years in peace. After this time of peace will come the final conflict between good and evil and evil will be judged and defeated forever. Those in Christ will live and reign with Him forever in the New Heaven. The wicked will go into everlasting destruction and punishment.
